Help us rebuild the food system.
Most of what families eat in this country is no longer food. We are a small team trying to change that.

It can be rebuilt. We are trying to prove it.
The British and American food systems have drifted further from food than most of us realise. The shelves of our supermarkets are dominated by ultra-processed products engineered for shelf life and margin, not for the families eating them. Even the wellness aisle is largely synthetic vitamins extracted in factories and reformulated for marketing, sold by brands that change their flavour line every quarter to give themselves something new to talk about.

Six things we have decided on purpose.
Farmer led.
The food in our blend exists because of the farmers who grow it. We work with a small number of farms in the UK and the US.
One product, properly.
Most brands grow by adding products, we do not. Organised is one whole-food blend, improved over time. We do not believe families need a rotating cabinet of supplements that change every quarter.
Real food, not wellness.
We make food, not supplements. We use whole ingredients, sourced from the best farms, with nothing reformulated or extracted in a lab.
Lifestyle is the work.
We all drink raw milk, eat nose to tail including the organs, feed our children whole foods, and spend time on the farms we source from. If real food is not already part of how you live, the work here is going to feel strange.
Mostly barefoot, fully devoted.
We are a team of around twenty people, working out of farms, kitchens, and the occasional flat. It feels like a group of friends working on the most ambitious project they have ever been part of.
Culture of freedom.
We did not leave corporate life to rebuild it with better branding. Organised runs on trust, freedom, and responsibility. Work where you think best, rest when you need to, make the decision, own the outcome.
If you read this section honestly and still want to apply, we want to hear from you.
The mission is the reason we are all here. We are trying to change what families eat in this country, and the next one. It is hard work and this job is certainly not a typical 9-5 job. If you’re looking for a comfortable role where you can switch off on the weekends and in the evenings, this is not the right place for you.
Once a month, all of us spend a full week together at the team residencies. We cook together, we walk the herd with the farmers we work with, we plan the month ahead, and we live the way we sell. There is no version of this job that opts out of them.
We all drink raw milk, we feed our children whole foods, we know our butchers and our farmers, and we have already made the choices about food that this company is built on. If those choices feel foreign, the work is going to feel like a costume, and we have learned to identify that quickly in conversations.
Niall founded the company and is in the work every day. He is in the Slack thread, on the call with the farmer, in the photo brief, on the floor of the warehouse when something needs sorting. There is no management layer between you and the decisions, which means the seat is more responsibility than it would be at a larger company, and the speed of feedback is faster than most people are used to.
We are a profitable, founder-led company building something we want to outlive us. We do not lead conversations with money in our messaging because most of the people we want to hire are here for reasons that go beyond it, and the people we have hired so far have repeatedly told us that the work itself is what kept them.
This will be the hardest work you have ever done.
It is not a comfortable job, it is not a nine to five, and it is not for everyone. It is also a once in a lifetime chance to spend your career on something that will outlive all of us, that you will be unbelievably proud of, and that has more impact on the world than almost any other work you could choose. If that excites you, we want to meet you.
