Shipping Policy

At Organised, we're committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process.

Shipping Destinations

Global Shipping: We ship worldwide. If your country isn't listed during checkout, simply reach out to us at hello@organised.co, and we'll make arrangements to get your order to you.

Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • National Shipping: For orders within the UK, we use Royal Mail's Next Day Delivery service, free with every order and with no minimum spend.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, we use DHL. Shipping is charged on international orders, and the exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay, since it depends on your area and the delivery speed you choose. If you prefer an alternative carrier, let us know once you've placed your order, and we can accommodate your request.

Delivery Times

  • UK Deliveries: Orders within the UK placed before the 6pm dispatch cut off arrive the next day. Orders placed after it go out the following working day.
  • US Deliveries: Orders within the US arrive within 4 to 6 working days. We do not offer next day delivery in the US.
  • International Deliveries: Other international orders usually arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing.

Order Processing

Orders placed by 6pm are processed and shipped the same day, in both the UK and the US. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

You can track and manage your order through your account. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
