Is raw milk legal in the UK?

In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, registered farms can sell raw drinking milk direct to the consumer, at the farm, at a farmers' market, or by delivery, and it must carry a Food Standards Agency warning label. Sale of raw milk is not permitted in Scotland.

Is raw milk legal in the United States?

It depends on the state. Some states allow raw milk to be sold in shops, some allow sales only at the farm, and others do not permit retail sales at all. Check the rules for your state before you buy.
