Spring Creek Farms is a family run dairy just south of Gainesville, Texas, and one of the last dairies still milking in its county.
The family milk their cows every day and bottle the milk right on the farm, and their raw milk is never skimmed, so all the cream stays in.
Milk is sold fresh to neighbours and local customers, and the family are happy to show people what dairy farming looks like up close, from farm stories to school field trips. Get in touch with the farm to ask about milk and where to buy it.

I recently visited Spring Creek Farms in Gainesville and everything was wonderful. The raw milk and heavy cream were so fresh, and the brisket hot dogs were excellent quality and tasted great. I’m so grateful for this farm and will definitely be planning another visit!
Great place to pick farm eggs and fresh milk.
Love these guys. Best quality raw milk I’ve ever had. They have a small farm store that sells eggs, butter, cheeses, flavored milks, various canned goods, jams, jellies, local honey, various meats. We shop here every two weeks and probably always will.
Great marketing concept for awesome fresh dairy and specialty meats. Kiosk based sales in a farmhouse at a dairy on the northbound service road of I 35 south if Gainesville, Texas. I believe it's open 24 hours. You walk inside, multiple cameras log your actions, make your selections, write down what you are buying on the notebook and make your own change in the honor system. Cool concept and great food for a great price. Fresher than fresh. "GOODER THSN GOOD"
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

Came in for the first time today around 5pm. Raw Milk taste amazing and they even have chocolate and strawberry. They have farm fresh eggs un refrigerated which I love. I got some honey and some blueberry jam which is also amazing. Will be back - they only take cash so make sure to bring some.
We are frequent flyers at Spring Creek. We have tried a lot of their items and have never been disappointed. We go weekly for milk but have also tried baked goods, jams, honey, etc. Would highly recommend! (Picture includes baked goods and farm fresh eggs from my farm)
Great spot right off of interstate 35. Today was my first visit and the owner was very nice and greeted me upon arrival. He was ready to answer my questions about the products and sourcing. Prices are great and the quality is top notch. I purchased some chocolate and strawberry pints and a jar of honey. I highly recommend the strawberry milk. Simply delicious! I like that the owner is an advocate of small local dairies and that this dairy has been in the same family for 3 generations. I will definitely be visiting again!
