This summer, we followed the people who work the land the way it has always been worked, so we could understand what the ground still gives us when nothing is taken from it.
Look around, electrolytes are everywhere. A whole industry built on selling you minerals that we used to get from our food. How did something as ancient and ordinary as salt get stripped from our soils and sold back to us in the form of electrolytes? And most importantly, do we even need them? We have spent the last 3 months investigating, and this film is the outcome.
