I had some of Chris’s 30 day old Dexter rump steak tonight!!! Most probably up there with some of the best I’ve ever tasted! So tender, so much great beef flavour!! I’ve owned my own butcher’s shop for 40 years, so know a thing or two about what the best is!! Big thumbs up for this butchers!! 👏👏👏
Went there Saturday 13th cos I seen pictures of the stir fry when I got there around 10ish the front counter was empty so the lady behind the counter asked me if I would like her to do some so she went out the back and knocked some up took it home there was no flavour to it won't be going there again why have pictures up on your page if the counter is empty early in the morning doesn't make any sense very poor experience.
Fantastic shop with lots of fresh top quality produce. Will definitely be returning.
Rib eye steak tough. Sorry to say lamb steaks no better. What has happened to the best butchers in ystrad. Sorry to say should have gone to aldi. Even my husband said this before me. So sorry.

Thank you Chris and Co! Pardon my obligatory baby and turkey picture. Hygiene was maintained! Our Christmas order was excellent. The sausages, bacon, the turkey were so yummy and perfect for our family gathering. It was a thumbs up from Milo! Becky lovingly transformed the pork shoulder into marinated pulled pork for the Christmas eve dinner. Thanks again!
