Super grateful for this store. I heard about them from my Chiropractor. The owner was able to help me sort some things out with my health. I have struggled for years with debilitating anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder, and I had no idea The root of my problem was my gut issues. The owner helped me to figure this out, And had me start Ion gut health. In the matter of just a few weeks of being on this and helping my leaky gut, I feel like a different person. I’m sleeping better at night. I don’t feel hardly as anxious anymore and I feel like a regular person again and it’s been years since I felt this way. forever grateful!

Hello went in to the store to day to get essential oils like we allways do once month....becuase my husband is a military vet we allways get the discount the counter clerk would not give it to us....remind u we allways buy our essential oils from there after this we will not be returning healthy habits has lost us has a costumer... the store has problem.we have been costumers since they used to be down town winter befor they moved on cypress gardens....think you need to go back think out u are treating your long time costumers. We will go somewhere else that has no problem giveing the vets your discounts and good service.

I’ve been coming to this store for years (even the old location). Lately, The customer service has gone downhill greatly. I walked in today to purchase an açai bowl only and as soon as I walked in the store, I had only taken maybe two steps and was quickly asked if I needed help finding anything. I said no and proceeded to go to the back of the store. I ordered the bowl and turned around to go pay for it back up front and was being watched by the young man at the register. I paid for my bowl in cash and when I asked for my receipt, it was rudely placed on the counter instead of directly in my hand. I asked the young man his name told me his name was Ryan and to be sure I asked for him by name if I needed any help in the most passive aggressive manner. 1. Give customers a chance to actually walk in and look around before pouncing on them 2. Place the customers change and receipt in their hand. (The history behind putting receipts and change on the counter is ugly And this should not be happening in this day and age) 3. Retrain Ryan he needs it desperately. He was snide, arrogant and rude. Should not be working with customers.
