Alvin hand crafts raw A2A2 cheeses at Alpine Heritage Creamery, a second generation family dairy with an onsite creamery in Paradise, Pennsylvania, ten miles east of Lancaster. John raises the animals at Burkes Garden Farm in Tazewell, Virginia, where stress free, open range, rotationally grazed livestock live on high altitude pasture with clean air and natural spring water. The beef is 100 percent grass fed and grass finished, the pork, chicken and turkey are pasture raised on soy free feed, and the dairy cows eat an organic grass diet with no hormones, antibiotics, GMOs or grain ever.
Orders are delivered to the door across the region, with herdshare and pickup points including Asheville, and the Paradise farm store sells the full range for collection, from dry aged steaks to the raw organic A2 cheeses: cheddar, swiss, gouda, feta and more.

4 stars only because the turkey leg was too large for me. It's good to know however, the turkeys are well fed! If you'd like a hearty meal, you'll love these.
