Immediate big fan of Wadel's Dairy after we recently stayed at their on-property airbnb. We had amazing garlic cheddar, made elote with local corn and brought cookies to pair with their milk. 5/5 for everything. Only disappointed we didn't stock up on additional garlic cheddar to bring home. Wadel's will certainly be a must-visit for us on future visits to Gettysburg.
Lamar and his sons are so pleasant, and the hot pepper cheddar cheese is perhaps some of the best my husband has ever had. This is an honor-system store so bring cash & check, exact change! Winter stock is mainly limited to milk, cheese, and maple syrup.

5 stars for the view… I stayed at Lamar’s tiny house here and it was an incredible experience. The shop itself is rather small, but the products look to be of high quality. Thanks for the experience!
The Wadels: Lamar, Cathleen, Brady, and Damon are just wonderful people supplying the locals, and visitors, with God's natural products. Raw milk, cheese, eggs, maple syrup, so many great foods that aren't adulterated by machines. Their products are quality and the store is quaint. They're also hosts to RVers, via Harvest Hosts. Please stop by, you'll be glad you did!
