The family starts with the soil, planting a diverse mix of grasses and herbs that draw minerals up from different depths, then testing and feeding the ground each year to keep the pasture, and the milk, at its best. Raw milk is sold through the online shop with delivery included, and the range also takes in Buckwell beef boxes, tallow balm and tallow soap. The farm is open Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays.
