4 Heart Farm sits on Dahl Ranch in the Elkhorn Mountains near Clancy, Montana, run by Bertha and Marlee Johnson, who both grew up on the ranch.
Their Jersey cows graze on pasture with locally sourced hay and a little grain at milking time, and the animals are raised without antibiotics, hormones or harmful feed additives, free to roam as much as possible.
The farm sells raw milk alongside raw honey, beef, free range chicken and pork. Orders go through the farm's online Square shop, and the farm itself opens to customers on Sunday afternoons, from 12pm to 3pm.

Dahl Ranch was so easy to work with! They were responsive, and delivery was prompt. We received a gift card for the holidays and were really excited to be able buy locally raised meat, from just down the road. Most importantly, you can really taste the difference in the meat. It is delicious!!
All the meat we have purchased from Marlee is amazing. I know these animals have a had a good life and that is very important to me. We are so fortunate to have this local resource.

I love the freshness of the eggs. I love the milk. For the first time in my life I am able to drink raw milk since I am able to buy the A2 from the Dahl Ranch. I love the meat products. The flavor is unsurpassed and I know its chemical free.

Purchased our third pig from Dahl Ranch. Affordable and high quality pork! Occasionally purchase the eggs and honestly the best and most flavorful eggs we’ve eaten. Highly recommend Dahl Ranch. Cannot wait to try their MSU Bobcat brats.

I came to know Dahl ranch through my girlfriend in purchasing they're eggs. So it was a no brainier when they started offering raw a2 milk and cream. I use the cream for hot chocolate before bed ( I sleep sound) not to mention waffles ( with Dahl eggs) a protein packed meal by them selves with organic maple syrup and butter. From they're steaks, sausages, pork/ beef fat ( yum), eggs and a2 raw milk you'll never go back to the grocery store. Thank you Marlee and Bertha.
