Brookfield Dairy Farm is a family dairy on Harmony Church Road in Leesburg, Virginia, making handcrafted ice cream alongside raw milk, cheese and butter, all natural and all from the farm.
The old fashioned store has room to sit outside with a cone and take in the quiet of farm life.
Flavours run from vanilla and strawberry to chocolate and peanut butter, coffee crunch and sea salted caramel, with seasonal specials through the year. The farm also serves from an ice cream trailer at the corner of Route 15 and Harmony Church Road on Saturdays and Sundays from 12pm to 5pm, weather permitting, and quarts and pints can be ordered from Sue by text or email.
