Boscarnon Farm raises a pedigree herd of Red Ruby Devon cattle near Coverack on the Lizard Peninsula.
The cattle are grass and forage fed from birth, grazing species rich grassland, heathland and wooded pasture, wintering on hay grown on the farm, and growing slowly to full maturity. The farm runs its own butchery, so ageing, cutting and packing all happen in house.
The beef is blast frozen at butchering to hold its freshness, then couriered overnight for delivery by noon the next day for £15, or bought directly from the farm by phone or email. The range takes in traditional cuts alongside burgers, BBQ cuts, dripping and stock.
