Fantastic meal at the restaurant.
Our second time here and it remains an absolute joy. The staff are friendly and always looking to help - shout out to Andy in particular, the food is exquisite and direct from farm to table, the farm itself beautiful, the bread is out of this world. It would get 6 stars if it was possible. Go!
Two night stay celebrating our 35th wedding g anniversary. Very relaxed. Beautiful location. Delicious food. Friendly service. Perfect. Was sad to leave but we hope to be back… soon… with friends.
A truly wonderful place to stay. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated, the food fresh, imaginative and delicious and the staff so friendly and helpful. All set in the heart of a family run, working farm in rural Cornwall. The perfect spot to reset.
I would like to thank all the team at Coombeshead for the wonderful welcome we had during our stay. Andrew in particular was so accommodating. Meur Ras! We loved exploring the valley and visiting the garden. Our food - both dinner and breakfast was also so delicious. The clever use of your local produce is to be commended It's such a special, peaceful place and we'd love to visit again soon.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

Honestly useless company - I urge you not to order from this company ever! On the times that I have ordered from them - there are always delivery issues. Before you try and use the line that it’s a third party delivery company - no that’s not the problem. The problem is your office staff that pack the order obviously can’t type in an address correctly! It’s always the front end admin that lets you down. The delivery company isn’t given the full address details. Useless human beings unfortunately in this company. Please don’t waste your time - you will be let down and disappointed. Merry Christmas - this year without a ham!
Cracking place to get away for a long weekend. Amazing the amount of produce they offer from farm to table. From the food box in your room to the food on your plate.
This is a beautiful place for a quiet few days away. Really well presented rooms with high-end fittings and a really comfortable bed. I didn't eat at the restaurant on-site but when I saw the dishes coming out I wish I had. Ingredients used are from the farm itself and wandering around the vegetable garden and poly-tunnel are a joy in itself. I love that they also use their own Dexter and Mangalica meat and the animals look very contented.
