Collies Bread and Dairy is a small farm at Amity in Arkansas, producing raw milk with a simple, hands on approach.
The cows are kept on pasture and the milk is sold fresh and unprocessed, part of the farm's aim of giving its neighbours an affordable, wholesome alternative to industrial food.
Milk is sold directly at the farm. There are no fixed opening hours, so get in touch first and they will arrange a collection time that suits you.
