Jersey Girls Dairy is a small farm run by owner and farmer Lisa Kaiman, who milks a herd of Jersey cows and bottles their raw creamline milk right on the farm.
The milk is not homogenised, so the cream rises to the top, and it is free of hormones and pesticides. The farm also makes quark, a soft fresh cheese, and raises rose veal on pasture and mother's milk, certified humanely raised.
The farm store sells the milk and quark alongside pure veal sausages in several flavours, pasture raised eggs from hens fed non GMO grain, and dog treats made with the farm's own meat and eggs. Everything except milk and eggs can be shipped, with orders placed by phone or email.
