Hunger Moon Farm is a small farm in Fairfield, Vermont, run by Dani and Colton on the land of Stony Pond Farm, an organic dairy and beef farm where the pair work while getting their own farm started.
They raise pasture raised meats and eggs using sustainable, regenerative practices that look after soil, water and wildlife as well as the table.
The name recalls the Hunger Moon of late winter, when frozen land offers little to eat and nourishing food matters most. Meats and eggs are sold directly from the farm, and an email newsletter shares news, offers and what is available through the seasons.
