Hill Country Milk is the Denton family's dairy in Harper, Texas, producing raw milk for the Texas Hill Country.
The farm sits about 22 miles from Fredericksburg and Kerrville and makes weekly deliveries to both towns.
Raw milk is sold by the gallon and half gallon, with flavoured half gallons and bags of pecans alongside, and the farm raises beef as well. Buy at the farm daily or catch one of the weekly delivery runs, and ring ahead if you are making a special trip.

Great milk.
Easy in and out with the use of Venmo, they also update their instagram regularly with stock and sold out so we don’t make the long trip just to find the fridge empty. My kids LOVE their milk.
