Penbanc Pasture is Kate's small farm at Glanrhyd near Cardigan in Pembrokeshire.
Native breed sheep and cattle, including Traditional Herefords, are fed on nothing but grasses, herbs and hedgerows, Tamworth pigs roam the woodland, and the land is kept free of chemicals, with clean grazing used instead of routine wormers.
Meat is sold through the farm's online shop, delivered or collected from the farm, and there is a holiday cottage at Penbanc if you want to stay and see the place for yourself. Email or ring Kate to ask what is available.
