Bought some burgers ans sausages from the farmers market in county wicklow, really please with the high quality of the meat will definitely buy again. 5 stars.
I purchased some of your sausages and a free range whole chicken yesterday at the Wicklow Village Market, Glen of the Downs - both were delicious - your sausages OMG - the flavour and texture were both excellent! Will make your stall a regular fixture of my Saturday mornings from now!
Tried a selection of meats, all better quality than those available in supermarkets. The beef burgers are particularly good, I highly recommend them.
Only order at Christmas time but the meat is so good. I don't eat much meat anymore but the whole regenerative ethos makes me feel I can as the animals are looked after so well as nature intended...
The quality of the produce is very good. Especially since purchasing my eggs and chicken from the farm I realized the average to poor quality of produce I would have gotten before, though also free range. On time delivery and updates as to when exactly he would deliver. Very happy I found them. They were recommended to me by a nutritionist.
Edit: Can genuinely say that since making the switch to Fior Bhia meats, so many other things have fallen into place. I eat more veg than I ever have in my life and have found the drive to get my own veg garden going, the majority of my food now comes from sustainable, organic suppliers, I haven't had a can of Coke in about a month, I don't want sweet things quite so much, I seem to have lost weight without any extra exercise, and my energy levels are up. This is only the beginning for me, and I am beyond grateful to Brendan for showing me there's a better way!! 🫶 Have also since visited the farm, and it's such a beautiful, tranquil place! It's definitely worth attending a farm walk to hear the story first hand! 👌 I ordered the Wagyu steaks as I'd a friend coming to stay and wanted a special treat, and boy they did not disappoint! Even raw, you could feel how tender the meat is, and such a deep colour! I cook to a medium rare, it was so juicy and a flavour unlike any I've had before, just divine! The Wagyu burgers are also amazing, and I would consider the pricing of everything very reasonable. You'd pay €40 for a lesser steak if you had a meal out so despite the fact I wouldn't generally spend that much on a steak, I found it very easy to justify here. Unfortunately haven't had a chance to visit the farm yet but it's on the cards for sure! 10/10 would absolutely recommend! 💯
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

Got to check out the farmers market and the launch of the Fire pit last week. Satisfying for the mind body & spirit. As soon as you come down the lane you're on forest time. Heartening to see food sustainably produced in Ireland, free from gluten, artificial fertilisers, sprays and preservatives. Packed full of flavour and satisfaction, plus it's the ultimate traceability when you're buying direct from the farmer! Order online & collect or arrive & check out all the goods 12-4pm Fri & Sat including locally grown organic mushrooms from Garryhinch, vegetables from The Red Shed organic farm and oats from Merry Mill (including gluten free). Also seasonal rhubarb, eggs and meat from Fiorbhia. The monthly farm walks have helped me to feel more hopeful for the future and that we can make a difference to the climate with how we spend our money. #openmindset #growthmindset #innovationireland #entrepreneurlife #grownnotflown #irishorganic #regenerative #farmingfornature #FOTE #shopsmallireland #keepdiscovering #buyirish #deliciousandnutritious #freefromgluten #supportsmallbusiness #FarmToFork #shoponlineireland #irishfoodie #farmersmarketfinds #feelgoodfood #Shopping #Healthy #Farming #Sustainable #irishartisan #FarmersMarket #loveyourfarmer #knowyourfood #knowyourfarmer #shoplocal #DoBitsHelpLots #sustainableireland #clickanddeliver #clickandcollect #portlaoise #laoistaste #offaly #foodtrailireland #reuse #reduce #treatyourself.
