I heard about the Ryan Honey Farm at one of George Cunningham鈥檚 Roscrea Conferences Then for years I made a twice yearly foray to Dundrum to purchase a variety of honeys and to return the used bottles. My extended family became accustomed to Ryan鈥檚 Honey being available. Then came Covid! Anyway, delighted today to make the journey from Dublin to renew supplies. Naturally highly recommended.

Ryan's Honey is a small family honey farm in Dundrum, County Tipperary, Ireland producing raw blossom, soft set and heather and ivy honey from their own native Irish honeybees.
Ryan's Honey is a small honey farm at Dundrum in County Tipperary, producing pure raw honey from native Irish honeybees. The run and soft set honeys are multi floral, made from nectar gathered between late spring and early autumn from lime, hawthorn, clover, bramble and phacelia, mellow in flavour and golden in colour.
Every year the bees also travel to the heather bog at Littleton, returning with a jelly like heather honey that is blended with ivy honey for the farm's heather and ivy jars. Honey is sold through the farm website, with blossom, soft set and heather varieties usually on offer.
