Edinburgh Honey Co is a family run honey company with two Edinburgh shops, one at 178 Easter Road and one at 245 Morningside Road.
The family's beekeeping goes back to grandfather Stan in Poland, and the honey comes from their own Scottish apiaries as well as from the family's hives in Poland.
The Scottish range covers heather, blossom and set spring honey, while the Polish side brings acacia, buckwheat, linden, sunflower and more. There are also honey infusions such as hot toddy and turmeric, honeycomb, bee pollen, beeswax candles, soaps and teas, all sold in the shops and online with free UK shipping over £60.

Their Buckwheat honey is soothing a persistant cough and sore throat brilliantly.
We've become quite particular about honey and so far this honey, of the three different flavours we've bought is by far the best honey we've tried. Exceptional. They also arrived very quickly, beautifully presented and the company is easy to make contact with. It's absolutely delicious honey and a real treat, very grateful 🙏🫶.
What a lovely company and excellent customer service ⭐️⭐️ We originally tried the Polish honey as it was recommended and it is one of the best we have ever had, with such a lovely deep different taste.🐝 Has an issue with delivery, which was totally down to Royal Mail. But the issue was quickly rectified by customer services. Cannot fault a will defiantly be back for more 🍯
