⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely outstanding quality. We recently ordered steak and chicken from Dorset Meat Company and were so impressed. The steak was fantastic — beautifully tender, full of flavour and noticeably better quality than supermarket meat. The chicken was equally impressive: fresh, succulent and really tasty. You can genuinely taste the difference in the quality. We’ll definitely be ordering again. If you’re considering trying Dorset Meat Company, I can highly recommend them — an easy five stars from us!

Brilliant top quality meat at reasonable prices delivered quickly and tracked. Ordered on Monday and delivered well packaged in ice packs on Wednesday (today) that's from Dorset to portsmouth. Thank you dorset meat company was a pleasure and will definitely be coming back in future orders.

I’ve used Dorset Meat company for around four years and the quality of the meat they supply is, simply, outstanding. The order arrives well chilled, whether it’s hot or cold, there are always ice packs within the foil bag holding the meat. Despatch is prompt with DOD providing reliable next day service and it’s free for orders over a reasonable amount. All meats are vacuum sealed and well labelled, so ideal for immediate freezing or keep in the fridge until ready. Their service is second to none; personal via a phone call if, exceptionally they have to offer a substitute. And the meat tastes the way meat used to taste. Great flavour, appropriate fat content and it cooks to perfection. I have no hesitation in recommending this supplier for all your needs. Just look at these bangers; meaty, well seasoned and they’re not floating in fat during cooking. Superb.

I purchased a "Grass Fed Flat Packer Beef Brisket" specifically for low-and-slow smoking and was extremely disappointed with what I received. The brisket had an exceptionally thin flat section, very poor marbled, and was clearly unsuitable for producing a traditional Texas-style smoked brisket. After reviewing photographs and video evidence, the company acknowledged that the flat thickness was a genuine issue for smoking and accepted that a thin flat is more likely to dry out during a long cook. However, they also stated that the piece supplied was within their normal specification. This was the most concerning part of the experience. Had this been an isolated mistake, I would have expected a replacement or refund. Instead, I was informed that this level of variation is considered acceptable. A £10 voucher was offered, but no meaningful resolution was provided. To their credit, customer service was polite, responsive and professional throughout. However, as someone evaluating suppliers for future barbecue catering work, I found it disappointing that a product heavily marketed for Texas-style smoking was not fit for that purpose and that the company stood by it as representative of their product. Based on this experience, I would not purchase brisket or any product from this supplier again. BTW, I trimmed out half of the weigh and still not getting a suitable cut for smoking properly.

We got delivered our grass fed meat pack Friday, all packed inside a box with cool packs. The beef burgers we ate last night were delicious. They tasted so much better compared to normal supermarket burgers. It was good to have meat that had flavour. We can highly recommend this company.

I recently ordered from The Dorset Meat Company, and I’m genuinely impressed – this is some of the best meat I’ve ever had delivered to my door. The cuts are outstanding: grass-fed, outdoor-reared beef, lamb, pork, and more, all with incredible flavour, tenderness, and that rich, natural taste you just don’t get from supermarket options. Everything was beautifully marbled, fresh, and clearly sourced from small, ethical Dorset and Wiltshire farms. Cooking with it felt like a real treat – steaks grilled perfectly, roasts full of depth, and even the simpler cuts were miles ahead. What really stood out was how meticulously they handle the cold chain. The packaging was top-notch – insulated boxes, plenty of ice packs, everything arrived perfectly chilled and in pristine condition, no thawing or compromise on freshness at all. It shows real care and professionalism in delivery, which gives total peace of mind when buying premium meat online. I’m already hooked and planning my next order – this will definitely become a regular thing for me. If you’re after high-quality, sustainable, grass-fed meat with reliable nationwide delivery, look no further. The Dorset Meat Company delivers on every level. Highly recommend – can’t wait for more! 🥩✨
