Amos Miller Organic Farm is an Amish family farm at 648 Mill Creek School Rd in Bird in Hand, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
The farm supplies raw dairy from cows, water buffalo, goats, sheep and camels, all of it unpasteurised and non homogenised. The milking herd is mostly Jersey, fed no grain, strictly grass and hay with free choice minerals, and the farm is converting its herds to A2/A2 genetics. The raw milk is regularly tested for bacteria, coliform and pathogens.
Beyond dairy the farm offers entirely grass fed beef, lamb and mutton, pastured poultry raised free of soy and corn, whey fed pork, milk fed veal, fermented vegetables, soaked nuts and breads baked from heirloom grains. Food is grown without chemicals, GMOs, hormones or antibiotics, on the home farm and surrounding Amish farms that share the same standards. It operates as a private membership association, shipping nationwide by FedEx or UPS with pickup at the farm or its co op drop locations.

Wonderful selection of farm food...... Dairy, meats etc I tried Sheep's milk, very healthy.....one of the best milks you can drink compared to cow and goat...... I have not cooked the water buffalo meat yet but eager to try.
