Bear Meadows Farm is a family dairy in Boalsburg, Pennsylvania, permitted for raw milk sales since 2009 and supplying the greater State College area ever since.
The land was bought by Harold Biddle in 1959, and Jeff and Claudia Biddle took over in 2002, converting it to a grass based dairy in 2005. The cows are grass fed and treated as animals with names and personalities, not production statistics.
The farm sells raw milk in glass bottles or jugs, eggs gathered daily from free range hens, farm made cheeses in varieties from Colby and Swiss to smoked bacon cheddar, plus beef and pure maple syrup. Visiting hours are Monday to Saturday, 4pm to 6pm.

I just want to say how excited I am to get back to state college to support this farm. I can’t believe how amazing the prices are for ethically sourced raw milk and free range eggs. Super pumped about this find!

What a great place! This farm regeneratively farms in a clean and humane way. They treat the animals great and are very welcoming and friendly. This is a Gem of a small family farm. I love being able to support this farm and hope it is around for a long time! Additionally the raw milk, eggs and other products are the best I've had.

Insane. You arrive at the farm to a bustle of cows trotting eccentric pathways, chickens gleefully following your every footstep. Such happy creatures, a beautiful ecosystem to behold and truly the Best raw milk I’ve ever had!!
