Family farm following sustainable practices and supplying high quality artesian cheese to restaurants in Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, etc. Tour was quite informative, as well.
Camped the night through HarvestHost and had a great experience. We took the cheese making tour which was very informative, tried a few of their signature cheeses and of course picked up some cheese and beef from the little store. The smoked cheese was our favorite!
This place is beautiful, relaxing. We had a great time.

The cheese is absolutely amazing! The entire process on how they create it is beyond fascinating. We will be using them for our wedding and I couldn't be more excited! Also the cows are pretty cute.

Tasted the Uncle Joe's Asiago-like cheese at the Pennsylvania Farm Show, Jan 2020, and was "blown away" by the exquisite taste. We mostly buy aged imported Goudas and Cheddars and couldn't believe the complexity and depth of this gem. Bought a few wedges at the show and will be ordering more online - maybe a whole wheel...
