I went to Landis Farm in the late 1980s and early 1990s, and they were my favorite family vacations.
Best raw milk in the county! Milk is always fresh and love that they have the option to purchase plastic gallons, or recycle glass jars! Jeff and his wife are often around the farm and are so down to earth and friendly. So important to know the cows are well cared for and fed well when it comes to raw milk--Jeff does just that! They also have raw honey from their farm--delicious! And love the seasonal cut-your-own flower patch. Highly recommend.
This is an amazing quaint little cottage. My wife and I stayed here when we went to see the production of Daniel at the Sight and Sound Theater in Lancaster PA. The accommodations are clean and comfortable. It is on a farm. So it’s quiet. However, it is still close enough to civilization that you don’t have to go too far if you are looking to shop, eat or find some entertainment. It has a fully functional kitchen for those romantic home cooked meals. The whole cottage is very clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a romantic getaway then this is the place for you. Oh, I almost forgot! You are provided the items you need for a home cooked breakfast. That was my favorite part. We will be going back.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Landis Farm is centrally located to just about everything you want to do (Hershey, Dutch Wonderland, etc). The farm itself is lovely. Everything feels like it was curated specially for you. The home has a ton of charm and history, dating back to before 1776, which we really loved. Deb and Jeff are incredibly warm and spent more time showing us things than we expected considering this is truly a working farm. We highly recommend.
We just returned from our 10 day stay at Landis Farm Guest House. It was the perfect setting for our girls trip. Not only were we able to explore the areas of Lancaster, Bird in Hand, Intercourse, Lititz, Hershey and beyond- we also got a glimpse of how incredibly hard Jeff and Deb work to maintain their farm. We loved seeing all their animals and observing their dairy, egg and flower businesses. Much to our delight, a new calf was born while we were there. The guest house is cozy and comfortable- a beautiful restoration of a 1700s era stone house. Having access to a kitchen enabled us to make a few breakfasts. One of our ladies used the sofa fold out bed in the living room, and the others used the bedrooms upstairs. We enjoyed unwinding after fun filled days in the living room. A notebook filled with information about the area- local restaurants and places to visit- was helpful. You can tell that hosting travelers to their guest house is more than a business to Jeff and Deb. We enjoyed visiting with them; telling them about our explorations and learning about their lives. Thank you so much for a memorable stay!
We loved staying here. The hosts were so gracious and spent so much time with my kids showing them all the animals and teaching them about life on their farm. The farm is beautiful with so many well cared for animals and beautiful grounds to explore. We enjoyed watching the sunset in the evening. The guest house is beautiful and spacious with many fun games and breakfast items provided. This was such a fun experience. We would absolutely come back!

Landis Farm is a 70 acre family farm and guest house at 2048 Gochlan Road in Manheim, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The family began milking a few Jersey cows in 2021 and now milks a herd of 20. Under their raw milk license they sell raw, grass fed A2/A2 Jersey milk straight from a self serve cooler on the farm, open around the clock, for cash or check. The cows are fed rye grass and grass from the pasture, with a small amount of grain that carries the minerals they need, and every bottle they sell is A2/A2.
The farm is home to chickens, Jersey cows, goats, rabbits, cats, miniature horses, a miniature donkey and a dog, and it grows corn, hay, soybeans and wheat. Through the summer there is a cut your own flower patch with a large variety of flowers, along with several varieties of lavender that the family processes into oil on the farm. Guests staying at the farmhouse are invited to explore the 70 acres, try their hand at milking a Jersey cow, help feed the animals and watch the beef cattle in the meadow.
