Pigeon Creek Farm is my favorite local place to buy fresh milk, eggs and cheese. The milk tastes better than any mainstream grocery store that is for sure. I also enjoy looking for products from other local farms and businesses including hot sauce, yogurt, honey and chocolate. Ruth also makes some incredibly creative gifts including old horse and cow feed bags that are made into useful tote bags. She also makes beautiful napkins and table mats with seasonal themes. Ruth and Abby are a warm and welcoming mother/daughter team. Having grown up in this area I can say without question this is an authentic local farm and the products are top quality. The cows and all animals on this farm are clearly living their best life, they are well cared for and loved. Once you buy milk from Pigeon Creek Farm you won’t want to buy it anywhere else!!
Very nice lady in the little store. We were able to walk around and see the cows, goats and chickens and turkeys.
Ms. Ruth is so kind & hospitable! My husband & I purchased raw milk, bacon, ground beef, vanilla yogurt, tallow soap, vanilla ice cream, peanut butter chocolate ice cream & a cookie. Truly everything has been so amazing & we will definitely be back!!: )
(Currently drinking brown sugar and coffee milk😏) Oh my goodness this place is amazing!!! Today was my first visit and I can’t wait to go back! Everyone was so polite and courteous.
Super friendly staff and great products.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

Stopped in to get some very good chocolate milk and look at all the local fresh made products and handmade things they have to offer. Meeting the owner and wonderful mom they took time out of their day to tell us all about the farm. Very clean and organized if you love milk and milk products this is one stop you should!!! make!!!!
Such a wonderful place! I came for milk and got licked by a cow!! 🐄 It was such a wholesome and amazing experience! I asked the cow if she was happy, and got a vigorous licking in response! I happen to speak cowanease and can confirm that the answer was yes, and that was a happy cow! Ensuring the humane treatment of the cows my milk comes from and supporting a local farm is extremely important to me, so I will be back, and this will be my regular milk supplier! Prices are good, $8/gal pasteurized non-homogenized milk, $8.50/gal raw milk. This is $2 less than at Kimberton Whole Foods, and in line with grocery store prices for organic milk. IMHO a great deal for being able to see the happy cows my milk comes from. Eggs are $5.50/dozen.
I got a half a gallon of raw milk $5.50 and the quality seems high. On their website it says they test the milk twice a month for antibiotics and bacteria. The staff were friendly and the inside was clean. They had a barn cat outside.
My kids have never begged for milk until coming here. You can truly taste the difference. I love taking our weekly/ sometimes twice a week trips to Pigeon Creek where we’re kindly greeted by Abbie & family. That’s if the sweet farm cats or “funny” (at least my toddler thinks so) chickens don’t greet us first. We get our eggs, milk and ice cream here. Quality organic products and supporting a local business, can’t beat it.
