S&S Farms Country Store is a family farm shop on Route 44 in Allenwood, Pennsylvania.
The family began raising pasture raised beef and pigs on their grandfather's property in 2019, bought the farm across the road from their home in 2021, and opened the country store to sell what the farm produces. The speciality is grass fed beef tallow, dry rendered from suet into cooking tallow, whipped balms, soaps, deodorants and other skincare, all independently lab tested for purity and shelf life.
Alongside the tallow the store sells farm raised beef, pork, chicken, lamb, rabbit and turkey, raw Pennsylvania honey, natural beeswax, farmhouse soaps made with tallow, lard and A2A2 milk, and handmade goods. The family describes honoring the animal fully by using every part responsibly, with the animals pasture raised and sustainably cared for on the farm.
