I just spoke with a young lady from the creamery. She wasn’t rude but her service wasn’t great. I’ve been a reoccurring customer for a while now. Over the last year my family had a car accident resulting in me having seizures. I haven’t been able to make most of the pickups but we’ve paid consistently every two weeks bc we didn’t want to cancel our membership. Yesterday I called and left a message asking if there was a way “some” of the milk we’ve missed out on could be honored. I totally understand and respect the fact that time was taken by the creamery to prepare and transport orders that were not picked up. However when we have not showed up Armagh has got to keep both our money and milk. Yes I understand now that there’s a skip option but the young lady who returned my call today didn’t ask for my name to look into our account. She didn’t ask any questions to see if there could be a resolution that could benefit us. Her response was basically you missed out, we packaged and transported milk that you didn’t pick up so…….now that there’s a new location and pick ups have a more convenient time window. It would be much easier for us to get our orders. My family loves your product however good customer service is what makes a good product great. Today I don’t feel I received good costumer service or even an attempt at trying to retain my family as a customer and maybe its bc one customer leaving wouldn’t impact your company. Either way I’m very disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Armagh Farm and I couldn't be more impressed! I drove about two hours from my home in Red Oak area because I wanted the best for my family, and this place exceeded all my expectations. From the moment we arrived, Ryan greeted us with warmth and took the time to show us around the farm. It was clear that they care deeply about their animals, the quality of their milk, and their customers. The owner took us through every step of the milk production process, explaining how they test every batch to ensure the highest standards of quality and safety. The cleanliness of the farm was impeccable, and we felt reassured knowing that each part of the operation is handled with the utmost care. What really stood out was the commitment to pasture-raised cows and the fact that they even grow their own wheat to feed the cows during the winter months. This kind of attention to detail and sustainability is exactly what I was looking for when choosing a raw milk supplier. They made us feel like truly valued customers, and it was evident that they take pride in both their product and the relationships they build with families like mine. I can wholeheartedly say this was worth the drive, and I’ll be buying again at one of their milk distribution locations. I started using them about a month ago. I love they have so many options for pickups, I have shared this gem with family living in different parts of Texas. Being able to purchase raw organic milk is such a blessing. I have wanted to use organic raw milk for years and it wasn't available. I am working out using the website and they have taken care of my orders above and beyond. I hope to do a tour at some point. Thank you Armagh Creamery.
We recently toured the farm and loved seeing the detail and care that goes into the making of every product. We get their raw milk weekly and enjoy adding on their many yogurt flavors (all so creamy and delicious- If you haven’t tried their maple yogurt, you’re missing out!). We love love love Armagh and will continue support them for many years to come!
