This place has the best beef, chicken, and pork. I've smoked all of these and they always turn out amazing. Owner is super nice, they also do amazing leatherwork. Can't recommend this place enough.
I definitely recommend Chapman 3C, this is my 3rd time ordering meat from them. It is good quality and exactly what I was told I would get. Good to support local ranchers instead of big box supermarkets at least you know exactly where your beef comes from. 10 out of 10!

Purchased a 13.5lb Brisket from these fine people and by far this is one of the best briskets I have ever smoked. 250-275 for about 12 hrs with a 2 hour rest. Highly recommend you purchase one of these bad boys because I'm telling you they are good!I'll let the pictures speak for themselves!
