Lets just say that obviously communications are not a skill that is required for the job.
I live close to this USPS so unfortunately I have to go there a lot. The older Asian with glasses is super rude. Why in the work is he still working there? He is so rude and condescending. Hire people with actual customer service skills, this place is a joke.
This was a quick and easy experience. They have a rear entrance and a front entrance. The man was kind, prompt, etc.
Always bad service. Very long.
When I went to make a Shein return the middle aged Asian man with the glasses was super condescending and made VERY unhelpful comments. I actually cried when I got out of there. Is he the manager? I don't think he should be working there!
I normally don’t post reviews, but I’ve consistently had bad experiences every time I’ve gone to this post office. It’s always the same man at the front desk who is rude and dismissive to customers. And from the looks of other reviews, I’m not the only one who experiences this. I just dropped off a small package and he asked what was in it. I told him it was jewelry, and he asked if it’s gold. I said it looks gold in color, and he immediately pushed the package towards me, said they can’t ship it, and to go to FedEx. What?? I’ve never ever had issues sending small pieces of jewelry from anywhere else. I even Googled it later and couldn’t find information about USPS’s rule against sending gold jewelry. I pushed back in confusion and we had a short terse back-and-forth until he begrudgingly took my package and processed my request. He was unprofessional and that interaction was entirely unnecessary. I will avoid going to this USPS.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up

The staff is very friendly, patient and helpful. I have an important gift package for my families in China. They guided me to pick the proper boxing and fill the declare form. They also explained options of shipment clearly.
This place has become so terrible since they got the new people working there. The former lady (a nice Korean lady), who worked there was always so helpful and hospitable. The new one parent also a Korean lady and a Filipino man) are the worst. Obviously, you’re working at a facility where people come in and send packages. They’re open till 5 o’clock. I come in at 4: 48 And I’m aware that it’s at the end of the day. Didn’t wanna help with anything all they simply wanted you was to get out. The Filipino man kept saying you have seven minutes. You need to have everything done. The Korean lady chime in and says for international packages you need to have everything done by 4: 30. That’s what our supervisor says. Nobody bothers to offer any type of help. Just wants to rush you and tell you that you need to get out. Don’t be in the customer service field if you don’t want to help customers. This is likely why USPS is never going to survive because of employees like this who only want to collect their pension and don’t bother to do any type of work.
AVOID THIS LOCATION IF MANNY IS AT THE FRONT DESK! I had a horrible experience with the clerk named Manny. He is aggressive, unprofessional, and clearly discriminatory. * Discrimination: He yelled at me (an Asian female) for not having my box taped, yet immediately helped a male customer right in front of me tape his box without any complaint. The double standard was disgusting. * Hostile Attitude: He refused to print my label (standard procedure) and forced me to hand-write it just to make things difficult. He was shouting and intimidating throughout the transaction. * Negligence: He tried to skip the address verification screen, not caring if my package details were correct. Manny makes this post office a hostile environment. Management needs to investigate his behavior immediately. No one should be treated like this!
