Fantello Farmstead Creamery is a family creamery in Enumclaw, Washington, where Paul Fantello works as both herdsman and cheesemaker.

Milk from the Jersey herd is sold raw and made into handmade cheeses, including the alpine style Filomena and its spicy sibling, along with Domenica, Eleanor and cultured butter.

The online shop sells A2/A2 Jersey raw milk, ricotta and the cheeses themselves, everything made on the farm from their own milk, and a where to buy page points to stockists nearby.

Amazing cheese. Their Camembert and the raclette are really good. At least as good as French cheese and maybe more! I had the chance to speak with the owner who is really nice and shared a lot about his cheese. I recommend it. Worth the drive!
