Rolling Springs Ranch is a homestead farm at Columbia, Kentucky, named for its gently rolling pastures and natural springs.
The animals are pasture raised and free range, farmed as naturally as possible without chemicals, antibiotics or GMO feed.
Lamb is the mainstay of the online shop, sold as everything from ground lamb and stew meat to leg, shoulder and full racks, with hatching eggs sometimes offered as well. Raw milk is available through a herd share, where you pay board and labour for your share of the herd.
