Maid-N-Meadows is a small dairy in Glasgow, Kentucky, established in 2017.
The farm makes grass fed cheese from its own herd of pasture based cows, working seasonally so the cheese follows the rhythm of the grazing year.
Alongside the cow's milk cheeses they make sheep and blend cheeses as well as sheep milk soap. They sell through their website, and because the cheese is seasonal what is on offer changes through the year, so it is worth emailing or ringing the farm to ask what is currently available.
