Beaver Brook Ranch raises cattle and pigs around Hope, New Jersey, on a spread of pastures and hayfields that feed the herds through the winter.
The cattle are grass fed and finished on pastures kept free of pesticides and herbicides, with hay grown on the ranch's own land, and the animals receive no antibiotics or hormones. The pigs spend spring and summer in shaded woodland, foraging and wallowing as pigs love to do.
Beef and pork are sold directly from the ranch, with the beef dry aged for tenderness and flavour. The store on Johnsonburg Road opens Monday and Saturday mornings and on Fridays until 3pm, and orders can be put together on the ranch's website.

Purchased a 1/2 cow and split it with my in-laws. Super happy with all the cuts and the quality! The meat is so delicious! The steaks are thick and we have reverse seared them for the most flavorful, juicy steak dinners! We have used the ground beef in so many different ways. Excited to dig into more of our share. Feels awesome to have a freezer stocked with nutrient dense protein.

Super happy we chose this great farm! First off, the ordering process is easy and fast online. Lots of options and you can customize your shares to fit your needs. We went with a 1/4 cow and a pork sampler. So far, we have only eaten some bacon and a HUGE ribeye steak. The quality is just phenomenal! You can really taste the difference from what you purchase at a grocery store plus the cuts are nice and hearty. I highly suggest using the reverse sear method they recommend for cooking your steaks....it's a little bit of a learning curve but the steak comes out amazing! You have made a forever customer Beaver Brook Ranch....we will definitely be ordering again in the future!

Purchased a half cow and I couldn't be happier. High quality meat, thick cuts, and many different varieties. Individually wrapped, weighed, and labeled. Tried the Rib Eye first and it was the most tender piece of meat I've had in a long time. Tried the ground beef next to make homemade Salisbury Steaks and they just fell apart with every bite. Made Beef Stroganoff with the sirloin and it just melts in your mouth. I will continue to purchase all my future beef here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ❤️❤️❤️
