Excellent place, food is great, best chicken fingers in Jersey, hands down.

Priced out of this beautiful farm, simply cannot afford it. Poor families are not able to pay $100-$200 to PYO. It's that simple.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Alstede Farms! It is such a beautiful and peaceful place to spend quality time with family and enjoy the outdoors. From the moment we arrived, we loved the beautiful farm atmosphere, fresh air, and scenic surroundings. The entire farm is very well-maintained, clean, and organized, which made our visit even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our visit was picking fresh peaches and vegetables. It was such a fun experience to walk around the farm and pick fresh produce ourselves. The peaches were delicious, fresh, and full of flavor, and the vegetables were also excellent quality. There is something really special about getting fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the farm. This is a great place for families, especially if you have children. Kids can enjoy being outdoors, learning where their food comes from, and experiencing something different from the usual indoor activities. It was wonderful to see everyone enjoying themselves and making great memories together. The atmosphere at Alstede Farms is relaxing and welcoming. The beautiful fields, fresh produce, and peaceful surroundings make it a great place to slow down and enjoy a day away from the busy routine. We really appreciated the opportunity to spend time outside, enjoy nature, and have fun as a family. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and we were very happy with our visit. I would highly recommend Alstede Farms to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and family-friendly outdoor activity. Whether you enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables, farm activities, or simply want to spend a beautiful day outdoors, this is definitely a place worth visiting. Alstede farms is a good farm for excursions only! If you prefer to pick your own produce this is not a farm for you! The day I went they charged us $38 per person and you are only able to pick one small crate! But if you are only looking for experience only and dont care about picking your fruits and vegetables than this place is for you!

Horrible customer service, their policies are not clear or even explained when purchasing tickets in person and when they say you can speak to a manager, it’s them threatening to call the police when trying to reach an agreement. Them saying they want things to be “fair for all” and do not care to have fair pricing. Staff also claims to have clear signage and they don’t because it’s so easy to get lost and even produce is hard to find because of the lack of signage. They are too interested in making money and do not care for the customer. Nice farm, terrible customer service, expect to pay for even the air you breathe, tickets are also expensive!

What isn't here? This farm has something for everyone! We visited for a friend's kid's birthday party, but we've also been here before for strawberry picking. On a nice summer day, it's a great place to spend a few hours with family. If you have kids, they'll absolutely love it. There are pony rides, horse rides, wagon rides, bounce houses, and lots of farm animals like chickens, roosters, sheep, cows, horses, alpacas, and more. You'll also find tractors, haystacks, and all the little farm-themed things that make the place fun. Just remember—it's a farm, not a theme park! 😊 Depending on the season, you can pick strawberries, apples, berries, and other fresh produce. There's also live music, and the food options are surprisingly good. One thing I noticed was that they host a lot of private events. During our visit, I saw several birthday parties, a baby shower, and other family gatherings. They have spaces that you can rent for different occasions. Parking: Plenty of parking is available. It's not paved, but there's lots of space on grass and gravel, and we had no trouble finding a spot. Overall, this is a wonderful family-friendly farm with plenty to do. Whether you're visiting for fruit picking, a special event, or just a fun day outdoors, it's definitely worth a visit.

Walkability – Easy to explore with wide paths and plenty of space to walk around the farm and enjoy the different attractions. Family Fun – A wonderful destination for families, with seasonal fruit picking, farm animals, live music, playgrounds, and activities for kids of all ages. Maintenance – The farm was clean, well organized, and easy to navigate. We've been coming almost every year and always have a great experience. Parking – Free parking is available, with plenty of spaces and easy access. Overall – One of our favorite family traditions. Whether you're picking fresh fruit, visiting the animals, listening to live music, or simply enjoying the farm atmosphere, it's a fun place to spend the day together. 🍓🚜🌻

We celebrated my son birthday at Alstede Farms and had such a great time. The farm is beautiful and perfect for kids. The wagon ride was a big hit, and all the kids loved it. Each child also got to plant their own pot and take it home, which was a really fun and special touch. A big thank you to Patti, who was so kind and helpful, especially with the weather being unpredictable. She made sure everything went smoothly and kept us at ease the whole time. Everything was well organized, and the kids had an amazing time. I would definitely recommend Alstede Farms for a birthday party!

Came with my family and we all had a great time. Great over all farm experience. But It is pretty pricey and we ended up paying over $200 for a family of 3 that was for pick our own/entrance, food, and 1 sunflower. Also the price online is cheaper than in person and I wish I knew that ahead of time. We weren’t sure if we were going to go to the farm so I didn’t purchase online but I did check the night before, when I searched on line it was around $80 at checkout, but when I paid at the entrance in person it was $100. The line to get ice cream was very long and didn’t move very fast so we skipped that but it looked really good. overall our farm day was amazing, clean, easy to navigate and lots of things to pick. Would definitely visit again just more mindful and extra planning needed from my end to save a little next time. The horses on the front are the cutest.

One of the greatest farms i’ve ever been to! You don’t even have to pay to enter unless you are picking ur own fruits/veggies. On your way to park you pass by a field with goats and horses that you can feed before you leave (they are all so very friendly and well trained. Just big and hungry tho) They have a pig, chickens, roosters, a llama, and probably so much more honestly. The eating/dining/shopping area is so cute and child friendly, there are wooden love swings available to use aswell that are decorated with flowers. The staff in the shop are very kind/understanding too when it comes to allergens. The apple cider slushie was sweet in the best way, the maple creme dessert was good, came with a donut it was just a bit sweet for me but still good. Savory foods were pretty good, fries were hot/fresh. Good eats. Up the farm they have a truck that travels throughout and brings you to ur destination. Picking fruits/veggies depending on what you get the price can vary, We only did apples and in order to enter it was $68 for 2 people. To me it was worth it since they don’t pay per pound/weight like other farms do. There also is a maze + hay area for family to explore/take pictures at. The picking areas are clearly labeled if they are ready to be picked. Most of the apples were on the ground but overall it was pretty organized. Would definitely recommend and be willing to come back. Thank you for having this here!! Hidden gem.
