Cools Farm Organics

The farm is certified organic with the Soil Association and raises pedigree Red Poll cattle, the largest organic herd of pedigree Red Polls in the UK, alongside a flock of Exlana ewes, all grass fed on organic pasture managed regeneratively.

The beef and lamb are sold frozen through the online shop, with click and collect from the farm or a local market, and delivery can be arranged. For bespoke cuts and special requests, the farm takes orders by email or phone.
