The Churchstead is a small dairy in Fremont, Indiana producing raw A2A2 milk from cows rotationally grazed onto fresh grass several times a week.
Alongside pasture and quality hay the herd gets a daily soy free, non GMO grain mix of peas, whole oats and steamed rolled barley plus mineral supplements, and the cows are disease tested regularly through the WADDL laboratory.
Milk is supplied through a herd share, the legal route to raw milk for the area. Members buy a full or half share of the herd and pay a monthly fee, which brings a weekly gallon or half gallon of raw A2A2 milk. Contact the farm to set up a share and arrange collection.
