Hillside Jerseys is a small farm in Onsted, Michigan built around a much loved herd of Jersey cows, kept alongside pigs, chickens and quail.
The farmer trained in animal science and treats the cows as individuals with personalities of their own, with animal welfare at the core of the operation and an honest, open view of what it takes to produce food.
Raw milk and other homegrown products are sold through the farm's online store, where you order ahead and choose a collection time that suits you.
