MoSe Farm is a dairy farm at Whiting, Vermont, where the cows come first.
The farmers treat the herd, the girls as they call them, as partners rather than stock, and the days revolve around milking, feeding, fencing, watering and care.
The herd is raised on grass and the milk is sold raw at the farm, available on Friday afternoons and through the weekend. It comes straight from the pastures the cows graze, an approach the family calls grass to glass, simple methods and fresh, sweet milk with nothing complicated in between.
