Drift Farmstead is a small farm in Roxbury, Vermont, raising Scottish Highland cattle on pasture along with sheep, goats and Tamworth cross pigs.
Manure composted over winter feeds the vegetable gardens in a closed loop approach, and the farm is also home to the Vermont Farm and Forest School.
Beef, pork, and lamb and goat sausages are sold through the farm store. Whole and half pigs can be ordered in early spring at wholesale rates and are ready by October, and the farm offers farm stays and a farm share alongside the meat.
