Garlic Wood is an ethical butchery based at Pound Farm near Billingshurst, working with small scale farms that raise their animals on pasture.
The whole operation is built around respect for life and farming for nature, sourcing from a network of like minded producers rather than the industrial supply chain.
The range covers beef, pork, lamb and mutton, chicken and duck, venison and game, plus sausages and burgers, sold frozen and delivered nationwide from the online shop. There are butchery courses if you want to learn the craft, and a loyalty points scheme for regulars.
