I've telling everyone right now. This meat is outstanding. It's so ridiculously good. Tasty OMG. I wish I could give it 20 stars I started with venison sausage... Best sausages I've ever had. I've had quite a lot of sausage. The food kind and this sausage is a good quality peace I then had a 28 day dried aged sirloin. Wow... U could just take a slice it was so clean perfectly dried and so easy to cook. Best Sirloin ever. The I had a fallow venison haunch. Organic spinach organic blue cheese tossed into the spinach on the side. Perfect. I'm honoured to find such a good source of fantastic meat. Website payment thing is a bit not good. But customer should endure it's worth it.
I’m a regular visitor to Knepp and am enjoying working my way through the culinary delights available in their wonderful shop. We have had many steaks, chops and venison burgers, all equally delicious, but today I went for the beef kofta, served with pitta, tabbouleh, tzatziki and (of course) Knepp market garden salad. Needless to say, the koftas were absolutely amazing and a definite hit with the family. BBQ season is here, despite the pouring rain!
I’ve recently purchased Wild Range Meat for the first time. The meat arrived well packed in sustainable packaging which kept it very cold until I arrived home. We cooked a selection of BBQ meat for friends last weekend and it was all delicious. The venison was a highlight, full of flavour and very tender (careful - it doesn't take long on the flames!). And to know that the animals have lived happy, healthy lives on the rewilding project adds to the enjoyment.
Rebuilding the food system, from the farm up
We have been using Knepp now for a few months, it's become the only meat we'll eat now both from a an environmental point and a health one, we were recommended by someone who is a nutritionalist.I love that it's not pumped with antibiotics and the animals are living a better quality life how nature intended.We have stocked up the freezer for Christmas and Knepp will be the only meat gracing our table this year.
Ordered a range of beef and pork cuts in the evening and was impressed that my order arrived just 36 hours later with helpful updates from the courier. So far I've tried the beef sausages and burgers and they are the most delicious I've ever had and along with the outstanding quality is the knowing that these animals have truly had the freedom to roam and forage on a varied, natural diet. Love what Knepp are doing and feel blessed to be able to enjoy their healthy meat, more of the budget cuts but they are cheaper than Sainsbury's organic mince by £2 with incomparable standards of animal welfare and goodness. Will be ordering from them again as soon as my freezer permits! Thank you Knepp, one and all.
