A small regenerative dairy at Harford near Ivybridge in Devon, milking a herd of Jersey cows that keep their calves at foot.
The calves suckle their mothers until they wean naturally and then graze with the herd, and the cows live low stress lives on grass, ranging the fields and browsing the hedgerows through the year.
The farm sells raw milk and live natural yoghurts, along with pasture raised beef in mixed boxes from the male calves reared alongside the dairy herd. Everything is sold from the farm itself, where the shop is open all day, every day.
