Rare & Pasture

The range is built on organic, Pasture for Life certified, regeneratively farmed rare breed meat, with the team handling butchery, curing and production themselves.

The products run from frankfurters and pastrami to salami, air dried meats, 'nduja and pate, each developed for depth of flavour and clean texture from carefully sourced British beef and pork. There is no farm shop to visit, but their charcuterie is stocked by retailers, independent delis and hospitality venues across the UK.
