- 2 heaped tbsp ricotta cheese
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tbsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp garlic granules
- A generous pinch of salt and pepper
For the yogurt sauce:
- 3 tbsp organic greek yogurt
- An handful of fresh parsley - finely chopped
- An handful of fresh mint - finely chopped
- 1 tbsp dried seaweed flakes
- 1 tbsp Organised
- 1 spring onion - chopped
- The juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Serve with: vegetables of your choice, we love cherry tomatoes and sliced cucumbers
- To make the meatballs add all the ingredients into a large bowl and using a spoon first mix everything together until well combined. Using your hands shape the mixture into golf size balls.
- Heat up a tablespoon of olive oil or a knob of butter to a large frying pan on a medium.
- Cook the meatballs on each side for 2-3 minutes until are slightly browned
- In the meantime make the yogurt sauce. Simply mix all the ingredients into a bowl until fairly smooth.
- To assemble spread a thick layer of the yogurt onto a plate. Pile on top the meatballs and serve with vegetables of your choice.
Nourishment, without the taste.
Cooking organs twice a week doesn’t fit every routine. Organised is an organ blend, grass-fed, freeze-dried, nothing else.
