Old Hall Farm

Nice food, well priced, lovely farm shop for local bits and pieces and all the animals are great for the kids. Lunch with a peacock is great!

Such a local gem this place. I regularly take my 3 and 1 year olds. They love the animals and we always go to the cafe. Food is great, really reasonably priced and the staff couldn't be friendlier. Love that it's open from 8 so you can get out the house and go with little ones. The farm shop is excellent too and I always end up buying gifts for people there.

Lovely place, stopped off on a ride for a coffee, had a natter with a couple of people there, food looked decent, atmosphere was really good. Looks good for a meetup, and families too, everything really. Nice farm shop too, quite small but well stocked.

Looking for an AMAZING experience? I cannot recommend cow cuddles at Old Hall Farm enough! Consider the Jersey Cute cuddle, experience. Our guide said people don't choose that one as much and there are over 60 beautiful ladies and calves to meet and cuddle with. Truly a magical experience.

Did the cow cuddling experience. Had the best time. Cuddling, brushing and taking photos with the highland cows. They are absolutely beautiful 😍 We then went into the cafe and had a very delicious and very filling afternoon tea. Absolutely worth every penny.

We had the most amazing time at the Highland cow cuddling experience at Old Hall Farm From start to finish, the whole experience felt so relaxed, welcoming and well organised. We spent a full hour with the cows and honestly could have stayed there all day. Lory, Yumi and Isla were just the most gentle, calm and beautiful animals, so fluffy, affectionate and clearly very loved and well cared for. Being able to brush them, cuddle them and spend time with them out in the fields was such a wholesome and calming experience. You can really tell how passionate the team are about the animals and making the experience special for visitors. We also finished with afternoon tea afterwards which was absolutely lovely and the perfect addition to the day. Such a thoughtful experience to gift someone or treat yourself to. I’d 100% recommend it and would absolutely do it again.

Most beautiful farm. Nice walk around the pens to see the sheep/ lambs, jersey cows, highland cows, donkeys, goats, ostrich, and peacocks. all of the animals have a lot of space to roam and are very happy animals. The farm shop has so many goodies including flavoured raw milk which is delicious! Greatly recommend!!

We booked the Highland Cow cuddling experience with afternoon tea and I have to say it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Old Hall Farm has to be my favourite place in Norfolk, a truly phenomenal day out with some absolute gorgeous cows and individuals who clearly care so much about this place and the happiness and wellbeing of their animals. Even in the rain we had the best time and we were even taken inside to see the calf’s and other cows to escape the rain, a true added bonus! I could not recommend old hall farm any more!

We went to Old Hall farm today for the cow cuddling experience and left with an urge to smuggle some home in the car. We were taken round the farm by Hayley who was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable. All the animals were very chilled and sound. Shout out to Brie and Hunter the calfs, they were very sweet. Even if you do not want to go for the cow cuddling experience, you can still roam the farm and meet many different characters. Sound goats, Sound sheep and a mean looking but sound emu. The farm shop/butcher has some great produce and the restaurant does an amazing breakfast. Overall can tell everyone loves what they do... All that's missing is a baby highland coo.
