If you're looking for a sweet treat that feels indulgent while still packing in plenty of nourishment, this date and Greek yogurt bark is the perfect recipe. Tangy Greek yogurt is blended with our beef organ powder for an easy nutrient boost, layered over naturally sweet dates, then topped with rich dark chocolate, a drizzle of olive oil, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. The result is the perfect balance of sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy, a simple dessert or snack that supports nourishment from within without compromising on deliciousness.
ingredients:
- 400g medjool dates - pitted
- 240g (1 cup) organic Greek Yogurt
- 1 scoop Organised
- 100g dark chocolate - we used 90% cocoa
- a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
- a sprinkle of Celtic or sea salt
- Line the dates so they form a square on a large baking tray covered with parchment paper.
- Cover them with another sheet of baking paper and using a jar squash them down until they are flattened.
- Mix the yogurt with Organised until well combined.
- Spread the yogurt evenly on top of the dates.
- Spread over the melted chocolate until fully covered. Drizzle with the some sea salt and olive oil.
- Place in the freezer to set for 1 hour then cut into squares. Enjoy straight away or keep it stored in the freezer.
Nourishment, without the taste.
Cooking organs twice a week doesn’t fit every routine. Organised is an organ blend, grass-fed, freeze-dried, nothing else.
