Made with fluffy eggs, savoury Parmesan, and our nutrient-dense beef organ powder, these wraps are light, flavourful, and loaded with essential nutrients. We love to serve them with tender, slow-cooked beef that melts in your mouth, earthy sautéed mushrooms, and creamy avocado for the perfect balance of richness and freshness.

Makes 1 wrap 

Ingredients: 

• 1 organic large egg
• 1 tbsp Organised
• 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
• A pinch of sea salt
• A knob of butter or ghee for cooking 

Filling:

• Slow cooked beef or leftover roasted chicken
• Sautéed mushrooms
• Sliced avocado
• A sprinkle of chopped spring onion 

Method

1. In a bowl whisk together the egg, Organised, parmesan cheese and salt. Mix until all the ingredients are well combined.
2. Add the butter to a frying pan on a high heat. Once it starts to bubble add in the egg mixture. Using the back of a spoon spread it around the pan to create a round shape.
3. Cook for 1-2 minutes on one side then flip on the other side.
4. Transfer to a plate and top it with fillings of your choice. Store the wraps in a container ion the fridge for 3-4 days.
